KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

- Collaborate in user testing, A/B testing, and the validation of new features and enhancements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, healthcare informatics, or business.
- A minimum of 3 years in a Technical Product Manager role or similar position, with a strong emphasis on healthcare technology.
- Proven success in managing healthcare technology product development and successful releases.
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong technical acumen, enabling you to collaborate effectively with development teams and make well-informed technical decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, allowing you to excel in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and proficiency in product management tools.

The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of all marketing channels and marketing technology stacks and their respective roles in an effective, performance based marketing mix, recommending ways to capitalize on customer intent
THE ROLE:
In this role you can expect to:
- Create, maintain and improve data models, learning agendas, measurement plans, reports and dashboards to inform strategic business decisions
- Performance tests such as A/B testing on digital platforms/campaigns.
- Implement, maintain, and scale effective data solutions.
- Design and implement tagging frameworks across web deliverables using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for various internal/external teams + senior stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field preferred
- Background in leadership of more junior analysts with confidence and clear direction.
- Detailed experience leveraging and evaluating media analytics from multiple activation platforms.
- Knowledge and experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
- Commercial experience leveraging SQL, MS Suite, and a best of breed data visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBi or Data Studio..
- Prior experience working with statistical concepts and understanding of the area.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- Hands-on proficiency with BOTH SQL and Python is required.
- Ample experience building regressions, time series, forecasting, and attribution models from scratch.
- Proficiency in MMM (marketing mix modeling) is needed.
- Deep understanding of using raw data to draw insights, including the entirety of the Data & Analytics landscape.
- Great communication skills and the ability to communicate trend analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience within a dynamic, startup environment is strongly preferred.

- Detailed experience and comfortability using SQL and Python day-to-day.
