Job Title: mParticle Specialist (Contract)

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced mParticle Specialist to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. This role is fully remote and offers a day rate of up to £470 outside IR35.
In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise with mParticle to optimise data flows, enhance customer engagement, and drive targeted insights. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with mParticle and a solid background in customer data platforms (CDPs). If you’re passionate about data integration, analytics, and personalising customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and manage mParticle integrations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy customer data solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues, ensuring smooth data delivery and synchronisation
- Leverage mParticle to build targeted customer segments and optimise user journeys
- Implement best practices to maximise the value of customer data
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an mParticle specialist or similar role focused on CDP implementation
- Deep understanding of data integration, analytics, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues within mParticle
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Immediate availability and flexibility to hit the ground running

Senior People Analyst
Fully Remote
3-Month Contract
$60-$75/hr
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical People Analyst to join their team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage data and analytics to support HR initiatives. This will focus on employee data reporting, developing and maintaining processes and tools.
The Role:
- Collaborate with the People Team to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that present insights on employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Create training materials and user documentation
- Perform ad-hoc queries and data audits as needed.
- Support the implementation and management of HR tools and systems (e.g., Airtable).
The Qualifications:
- Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools (Google Sheets/ Excel)
- Familiarity with HRIS tools: Workday, Greenhouse
- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a People Analytics role is a plus.
