The Role
As an Applied AI/NLP Scientist, you'll play a key role in designing and deploying advanced NLP and LLM-based solutions that accelerate and enhance software engineering workflows. Working directly with senior technical leadership, you'll drive projects from early-stage research to production-ready implementations, with real impact on the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Model Innovation: Architect and implement domain-specific LLM/NLP models tailored to the needs of software engineering use cases-code generation, documentation automation, code review assistance, and more.
- Research to Production: Lead end-to-end development of NLP/LLM solutions, from proof-of-concept to scalable production systems.
- Model Optimization: Improve model efficiency and output through fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and inference techniques.

Head of Commercial Analytics | £135,000 + Bonus + Equity
A leading global marketplace is hiring a Head of Commercial Analytics to steer strategic commercial performance and lead a high-impact analytics function across a highly competitive consumer sector in the UK.
The Role
You’ll oversee a senior team across Pricing, Trading, and Customer Analytics – using data to drive strategy, defend market share, and unlock growth opportunities. This is a commercial, P&L-focused role where analytics is central to decision-making and business performance.
Your Impact

Own and lead analytics across pricing, promotions, customer behavior, and trading performance

Partner closely with Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing to drive revenue and market share growth

Identify and action opportunities across core and emerging customer segments

Develop experienced senior managers while remaining close to the most business-critical analytical work
What We’re Looking For

Experience leading large, high-performing analytics teams (including managing other managers)

Deep commercial acumen – with a strong grip on pricing, trading, and end-to-end P&L performance

Marketplace/platform experience preferred

Experience across global or multi-region environments is a plus

Digital Analytics Manager – Watford (Hybrid, 2 days in office: Tuesday & Wednesday)
£65,000 + Benefits
12-month FTC (with potential to go permanent)
We’re hiring a Digital Analytics Manager to join a global retail leader. This role will focus on web and app analytics, customer journey insights, and supporting future digital launches.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of GA4 data across multiple European markets, working closely with customer analytics, trade, and content teams, while also managing a third-party analytics partner.
What You’ll Do:
– Own GA4 data collection, ensuring accuracy and quality of insights
– Build reports on web and app performance, covering customer journeys and user behaviour
– Analyse regional app launches, identifying trends across UK, Germany, Austria and beyond
– Evaluate promotional campaigns (e.g. click & collect offers) and measure impact on customers
– Investigate issues caused by site changes, downtime, or tagging errors, and assess commercial impact
– Work with multiple internal teams and manage third-party analytics suppliers
Tech & Tools:
– GA4 and BigQuery (core tools)
– Looker / BI (nice to have, not essential)
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong GA4 and digital analytics experience
– Confident using BigQuery to handle data at scale
– Ability to manage stakeholders and external partners
– Commercially aware, able to measure business impact from customer behaviour
– Self-starter who can identify challenges before they arise
