They are looking for a Senior/CRM Executive who is looking to take a step into management whilst remaining hands-on with the technical end-to-end campaigns.
THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Planning and executing acquisition, retention and re-engagement campaigns – working on the full end-to-end.
- Distributing campaigns across multi-channels; push, in-app, SMS, email.
- Driving insights from their CRM database to inform and develop CRM campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with various teams in the organisation to respond to customer needs.
- Sit in a team if 3 and manage 1 CRM assistant.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful CRM Manager will have:
- Strong knowledge of any CRM system, they use a bespoke tool so any experience is suitable.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within a business.
- Management experience would be ideal, must have at least mentored
- Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- Working on multichannels would be ideal.
- Interest in the film/ media industry is a must.
