THE ROLE
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working with clients to set KPI’s and build digital marketing campaigns. More specifically you will have to:
- Own the marketing strategy for a variety of clients focussing on PPC and Paid Media
- Own CRM and email marketing strategy
- Implement and track digital marketing campaigns, lead the team in assisting you in the analysis of live campaigns and provide business insights that focus on increasing awareness and acquisition of marketing campaigns
- Own budgets and make decisions that can impact the way consumers are attracted and acquired for years to come
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients, presenting reports regularly to highlight the success of marketing campaigns
YOUR SKILLS
- Experience across a variety of large budget campaigns, regularly working with a large variety of different digital marketing techniques such as, Paid Search, Paid Social and CRM
- Previously have built strategies from scratch and analysed these in end to end performance reviews
- Confidently be able to communicate with key stakeholders on insights and reports derived from your campaigns

THE COMPANY
Leader within financial services with a large stake in the UK and global market. They are developing new products consistently and out performing competitors! They are enhancing how they use data and need another head to help lead on this journey!
THE ROLE
As a Senior Insight Analyst your focus will be to aid the business in providing insights across customer and campaign analytics, specifically you will:
- Use SQL/SAS/BigQuery to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
- Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
- Provide insights to senior stakeholders (internal and external) across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
- Focus on CRM and using email, SMS and push campaigns to upsell, cross sell and attract new customers!
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- An expert in SQL/SAS (GCP and BigQuery would be desirable)
- Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPI’s such as CLV, retention and loyalty
- Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
- A background in finance or banking is desirable
