HARNHAM TRAINING: FULFIL YOUR POTENTIAL

All of our Rookies take part in a 13-week course that we affectionately term Recruitment Fundamentals.

Because that is what it does. It fundamentally prepares you for a varied and successful role in recruitment. Our bite-sized and blended approach to learning will introduce you to technical skills, market-specific knowledge, systems and tools, as well as, soft skills to develop you personally and professionally.

Whatever your preferred learning style – face-to-face, online, coaching, observational or practical – our team will deliver a fully-rounded programme to get the very best from you.

FURTHER
TRAINING

Throughout your career with us, you will receive training to support and realise your ambitions. Our Recruitment Consultants Partner Programme provides more in-depth training around topics like business development, counter offers or candidate management through to mentoring and management. In addition, we provide you with access to our learning portal which offers a range of personal development and leaderships skills.

You will also need to keep those fundamental skills on point – and so refresher courses in systems and tools are a regular feature. All expertly delivered by our learning and development team, as well as, experienced managers from throughout the business.

Our Learning and Development team will work with you to ensure that you have access to all the training you need – in particular in the unique systems and tools used in the recruitment process at Harnham. All of our new recruits have a buddy and/or mentor – so you are never alone – constantly and consistently supported to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work.

FUTURE LEADERS & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

Depending on the level you join us, you will be able to benefit from various modules from the Senior Recruitment Programme, as well as, entry onto the Future Leaders and Management Development scheme.

The first step will be to introduce Management and Leadership, and establish if that is the pathway you want to take. Once you have taken this next step onto the career ladder we will equip you with Coaching skills, management techniques, working with KPI’s and metrics as well as how to manage yourself, individuals and the business.
