CDP DATA MANAGER
SALARY UP TO £70,000

The Company
This is a luxury fashion retailer
THE ROLE
As CDP Data Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Migrate customer data and oversee the management of customer data, testing, putting in new processes
- You will be supporting on the migration of their CDP from Salesforce to Zeta – also on other projects like data management validation, analysis and insights
- You’ll also be data auditing, testing, improving the data for CRM purposes, user acceptance criteria, migrating all CRM campaigns
- The new platform is both a database and an ESP – this means they will be able to activate through the CDP and use it for sharing new marketing campaigns
- You should some understanding of data feeds, data landscape, and answering queries on what is known as their internal “data dictionary”.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs for data quality, insights, reporting, data governance frameworks too.
Your Skills And Experience
- Must have CRM background – need to understand how data is used in marketing
- Extensive experience with CDPs and migrations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- SQL expertise to access databases – building tables, pulling data, querying the database, running user testing
- Data management validation
- Marketing data governance experience
Interview:
- 30-minute teams meeting with Hiring manager
- In-depth conversation with the Director – 30-minutes
- Take home task with face-to-face presentation – Final stage
