The Role and Deliverables
- Act as the business-facing technical project manager for Pega CDH decisioning initiatives, owning scope, timelines, and delivery.
- Translate marketing and business strategy into clear decisioning requirements and logic within Pega CDH.
- Manage intake, prioritisation, and governance of decisioning enhancements from ideation through to production.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and resolve defects efficiently.
- Execute and oversee UAT and regression testing, validating decision logic and offer execution.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders through structured documentation and presentations.
Your Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and decisioning capabilities.

Responsibilities
Own Lifecycle Revenue and Retention Performance
- Lead lifecycle marketing as a core revenue channel with accountability for retention, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), contribution margin, and subscriber revenue performance
- Develop strategies that maximize long-term customer value while supporting near-term business goals
Develop and Execute Lifecycle Strategy
- Create and lead a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy spanning onboarding, retention, engagement, and reactivation
- Align lifecycle initiatives with broader company revenue and profitability objectives
Optimize the Customer Journey
