The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a large, data-driven residential real estate platform operating at national scale, where analytics directly influence who gets approved, how homes are filled, and how risk is managed.

This is a high-impact senior analyst role, not a reporting-only position. You’ll own analyses that shape resident screening strategy, occupancy outcomes, and credit performance, with regular visibility to executive leadership.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Analyze resident screening, approval, and performance data to balance occupancy growth vs. credit risk
