Their financial services arm sits at the heart of the customer proposition, offering flexible payment products including instalments, revolving credit, and BNPL-style products; this creates a rich environment for analytics professionals working across pricing, risk, customer lifetime value, and experimentation. This role sits within a newly evolving Commercial Analytics function, where pricing is being elevated from a more traditional credit risk setup into a commercially focused analytics team.
THE ROLE
As Senior Credit Pricing Manager, you’ll lead the build-out of a new credit pricing capability focused on acquisition pricing, customer lifecycle pricing, and broader pricing strategy across multiple lending products. You’ll manage a team of analysts and data scientists while owning pricing strategy across products including revolving credit, instalments, and embedded finance solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining pricing strategies across lending products, balancing profitability, customer outcomes, and regulation
- Owning fair value governance and representing pricing in senior forums and committees
- Setting valuation methodologies including NPV, IRR, and risk-adjusted margin frameworks
- Designing and interpreting A/B tests to assess pricing changes and elasticity
- Driving commercial decisions around lifetime value, unit economics, and pricing optimisation
- Partnering with analytics, product, compliance, engineering, and credit risk stakeholders
- Building a more advanced, commercially driven pricing function within financial services
This is a highly strategic role with strong visibility across senior leadership.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience within credit pricing, lending analytics, credit risk, insurance pricing, or adjacent FS pricing environments
- Deep understanding of credit economics, unit economics, and customer lifetime value decisioning
