Overview

This role sits within a media agency environment, focused on analysing performance data from job boards and paid media channels, and transforming it into actionable insights.

You’ll also play a key role in improving current reporting processes, which are largely manual, and helping establish scalable, repeatable dashboards and tracking frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Analyse data from platforms such as Indeed, CV Library, Appcast, and paid social channels
  • Deliver trend analysis and performance insights across recruitment campaigns
  • Develop conversion and application funnels
  • Integrate GA4 and paid media platforms into reporting frameworks
  • Implement and manage UTM tracking and pixel tracking strategies
  • Support post-rollout optimisation after initial campaign launches
  • Create repeatable dashboard templates for use across multiple clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy

  • Production ML Integration: Integrate machine learning models into real-time animation systems across mobile and web environments.
