The Company

A fast-growing, family-led healthcare retail group with 550+ practices across the UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Analyst as they invest heavily on providing long-term commercial value to their partners

The Role

Sitting within the CRM function, this role is all about using data to drive smarter customer engagement.

You’ll:

  • Analyse campaign performance, retention, and lifecycle activity
  • Lead A/B testing and prove commercial impact (ROI focus)
  • Support the rollout of a central CRM strategy and best practice
  • Work on large-scale reactivation & recall programmes
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, tech, and external teams
  • Contribute to a new customer data warehouse build

It’s a role with real influence – you won’t just report on campaigns, you’ll shape them.

Your Skills & Experience

  • SQL – strong experience
  • Campaign analysis, A/B testing, and retention focus
  • Ability to tie insight to commercial outcomes
  • Experience working with large-scale consumer data
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Retail, healthcare, or B2C/D2C backgrounds are ideal, not though essential

  • AI‑powered legal drafting & document editing

The Role

They’re hiring senior Full Stack Engineers, open to backend‑ or frontend‑leaning profiles.

  • Build and scale core backend foundations

THE ROLE

This is a commercially focused analytics role centred around the end-to-end customer journey: from initial lead through to conversion. You’ll analyse how customers interact across channels, identify drop-off points, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence marketing spend, contact strategy, and sales performance; this role blends deep-dive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and real-time performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the customer journey from enquiry/ad response through to conversion
  • Deliver sales funnel reporting (conversion rates, drop-offs, engagement trends)
  • Evaluate marketing performance & ROI across channels
  • Monitor and optimise contact centre performance (sales-focused metrics)
  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities to improve CX and conversion
  • Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical outputs and recommendations
  • Support real-time decision-making with data-driven insights

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proven experience delivering insights in a commercial / customer-focused environment

THE ROLE:

A remote working Senior Analytics Engineer will need to:

  • Design and build data models
  • Support implementation and maintenance of ELT pipelines
  • Ingest data into Snowflake
  • Transform data using DBT
  • Empower teams to make data driven teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful Senior Analytics Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability and experience interacting with key stakeholder
  • Data modelling techniques – e.g. DataVault, Kimball etc.
  • Strong experience in SQL/Python
  • Data Cloud Tech experience – e.g. Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks
  • Data transformation experience using DBT
