THE ROLE

Required Qualifications:

- Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and modern NLP tools (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy).
- Experience designing and implementing ML systems in production, especially with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).
- Extensive financial services domain experience.
- Proven ability to align technical initiatives with business goals, working cross-functionally with product and exec teams.

About the Role
This is a model deployment-focused role-ideal for someone with a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for making machine learning work in the real world. You’ll lead experiments, iterate on PoCs, and help define how ML models are deployed, scaled, and maintained in production environments.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
- 2+ years of experience working with ML systems (Python)
- Experience with ModelOps / MLOps workflows
- Background in:
- NLP: Named Entity Recognition / NER, information extraction, and information retrieval
- Numpy, Pandas, and scalable data handling
- Cloud environments (provider-agnostic)
- CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, and Agile development
- Logging, alerting, testing, and autoscaling systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience working with non-technical stakeholders
