We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong ML Ops expertise to help design, build, deploy, and manage machine learning pipelines in production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data engineering, and experience in automating the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of models through ML Ops practices.
Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design and develop machine learning models to solve complex problems using a variety of algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- ML Ops Implementation: Develop and deploy ML workflows, integrating version control, automation, and monitoring practices to streamline model development and deployment.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and model retraining.
- Automation: Automate model training, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring high levels of efficiency and reliability in production.

Lead MLOps Engineer

Company:
As a Lead ML Ops Engineer, you will drive the adoption of DevOps and ML Ops practices to deliver AI/ML solutions across the company. You will be working with diverse teams, you’ll deploy, maintain, and integrate advanced analytics solutions into business operations, leveraging expertise in DevOps, ML Ops, Infra Ops, and cloud-based AI/ML services.
Role:
- Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline AI/ML application development, deployment, and SLA adherence on centralized platforms.
- Design, develop, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Templatize Databricks CLI code to optimize AI/ML pipelines for batch processing, streaming, and model serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- Implement best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and DevOps processes to improve the AI/ML application lifecycle.
Requirements:
- You have a MSc or PhD level in Stem subject.
- Expertise in code versioning tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps, with proficiency in GitHub Actions for automating CI/CD workflows.
- Strong experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP; Databricks preferred.
- Skilled in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Proficient with data processing tools like Databricks, Apache Spark, and Kafka for batch and streaming pipelines.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architectures for enterprise platforms.
- Strong Linux expertise, with understanding of networking, security concepts, and effective communication and mentoring skills.

- Develop and deploy NLP models, voice recognition systems, and ML solutions in production environments.
- Continuously enhance AI products to ensure peak performance and innovative evolution.

- Lead and mentor junior team members, offering technical guidance as the team grows.
- Stay ahead of LLM and ML advancements, ensuring models remain accurate and effective through testing and monitoring.

I am supporting a high-growth business on a key Data & AI Programme Management hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Data & AI Programme Manager responsibilities will include:
- This role will help deliver AI and technical programs
- AI systems, insights portals, dashboards, client reporting – multitude of programs to bring together as a portfolio
- This is an internal role to help support internal stakeholder to essentially do a better job for their clients
- Experience building up programs from scratch, not just BAU work. This role is responsible for delivery
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Data & AI Programme Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Someone who has run Data & AI programs
- Agile ways of working, waterfall, plans, delivery and hands dirty on execution too
- Experience managing technical teams, understanding ML Ops, engineering
- Some sort of engineering or coding background would be interesting
