- Lead AI/data diligence for new investments
- Build and scale a Data & AI practice across portfolio companies
- Co-create AI-enabled value creation plans (VCPs)
- Drive internal AI transformation and platform development
- Represent the firm through thought leadership and industry engagement
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record delivering AI/data initiatives in fintech or regulated sectors
- Experience in PE/VC, consulting, or operator roles with value-creation focus
- Deep expertise in:
- LLMs and agent-based architectures
- End-to-end AI/ML development and deployment (MLOps)
- Data governance, privacy, and responsible AI
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence
- Ability to lead small, high-performing teams
