We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, technology-driven organization to hire a Director of Analytics who will lead analytics strategy, analytics engineering, and customer-facing data products.

This is not a traditional BI leadership role.

  • Strong experience owning analytics strategy and delivery in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Proven success building and scaling analytics teams and data products

Technical Requirements

  • Strong expertise with Snowflake architecture, optimization, governance, and data modeling
  • Hands-on knowledge of Looker, including semantic layers, metric governance, LookML, and self-service analytics
  • Deep SQL expertise and strong understanding of modern analytics engineering principles
  • Experience with dimensional modeling, semantic modeling, dbt, and enterprise data architecture
