The Role
As Customer Selections and Analytics Team Lead, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of all customer selections and campaign evaluation activities. Essential:

Marketing Analyst
Up to £40,000
Hybrid – Leeds (1x day per week)
Our client, a global marketing and technology group with 13 agencies worldwide, is seeking a Marketing Data & Reporting Analyst to join their data intelligence division. This specialist team transforms complex information into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making and measurable marketing performance.
The successful candidate will support performance reporting, campaign analysis, and social listening initiatives across major brands. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in marketing who enjoys working with data and uncovering meaningful trends.
Key skills and experience:
- Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
- Ability to interpret marketing data and present insights clearly
- Agency experience is ideal.
