A global semiconductor organization is seeking a senior supply chain professional to take responsibility for enterprise planning within its Supply Chain Solutions function. This role focuses on improving planning processes, systems, and alignment across a complex, global manufacturing environment.
This position covers end-to-end planning, including demand planning, inventory optimization, supply planning, and capacity planning to support ongoing manufacturing growth. The role plays an important part in connecting demand signals with supply capabilities and factory operations to support accurate planning and efficient execution.
You will help shape the direction of planning systems and processes, including building and maintaining multi-year roadmaps and supporting transformation initiatives across modern platforms, analytics, and automation. This includes involvement in system design, implementation, and ongoing improvements, as well as contributing to legacy system updates and data quality across planning systems.
The role works closely with manufacturing and operations teams to support factory planning, scenario modeling, and capacity alignment, ensuring that planning outputs reflect both business needs and operational realities.
You will work with a global team across the US and India, contributing to consistent processes, skill development, and ongoing improvements across the planning function. This role requires both strong collaboration skills and comfort working with planning systems, data, and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has experience working in supply chain planning within manufacturing environments, with an understanding of enterprise planning and system implementations. Experience in semiconductors or similarly complex industries is preferred, along with exposure to planning transformations and cross-functional collaboration.
