THE ROLE
In this role, you will build high-quality dashboards-primarily using Datorama-that clearly communicate creative performance insights. You’ll work closely with the analytics, creative, and strategy teams from the start of each campaign to gather requirements and translate complex performance data into client-ready dashboards that drive test-and-learn strategies. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring two direct reports-a Senior Tech Analyst and a Data Analyst-providing guidance and leadership to help them grow.

Our client works closely with leading organisations to deliver valuable insights that inform strategic decisions across international markets.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced analyst who enjoys working with complex data sets, Excel automation, and has a natural curiosity for patterns and trends.

The Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering both routine and ad-hoc reports, supporting data accuracy and analysis across multiple regions and business areas. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining monthly and ad-hoc reports using Excel

• Analysing data trends and market patterns

• Updating and adjusting automated reporting tools (VBA)

• Investigating anomalies and working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure data integrity

• Responding to client data queries and supporting wider insight generation

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, contributing to high-visibility outputs that influence strategic decisions for major industry players.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• VBA knowledge – confident making small amendments to existing automations

• A sharp eye for detail and confidence working with large data sets

• A proactive, analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Previous industry experience isn’t required – full training will be provided. What matters is strong technical ability and a genuine interest in working with data.
