The Role

Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
* Skilled in data visualisation, ideally using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
* Hands-on experience with tag management tools including Google Tag Manager or equivalent.
* Strong SQL capability, with experience querying and optimising datasets in cloud environments.
* Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Strong stakeholder management and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
* A proactive approach to problem solving and contributing to team goals.
* Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is beneficial but not essential.

The Role and Deliverables * Lead development and ongoing improvement of the Commercial Data Manager platform.
* Take full technical ownership of HubSpot, including maintenance, enhancements and feature delivery.
* Replace the existing external agency and ensure all HubSpot development and integrations run in‑house.
* Build and maintain integrations across services, ensuring clean data flow into commercial systems.
* Work closely with commercial stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Support architectural decisions and collaborate with the wider engineering leadership group.
Your Skills and Experience * Strong backend development experience with Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.

Job Summary
I am working with an exciting organisation to appoint a Lead Analyst to join their Data Analytics & Insights function.
This is a senior, high-impact role combining strategic leadership with hands-on BI expertise. You will lead analytics initiatives that drive commercial performance, enhance partnership reporting, and embed data-driven decision-making across Partnerships, Marketing & Recruitment, and IT/Data teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, oversee BI and reporting transformation projects, and ensure scalable, well-governed analytics solutions are delivered and adopted across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or insight roles
- Strong Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) expertise, including data modelling and dashboard development
- Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel
- Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects or transformation workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- Understanding of data governance, QA frameworks, and reporting best practice
- Experience mentoring or leading analysts
Desirable:
- Experience in education, partnerships, or complex commercial environments
- Exposure to CRM reporting (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery)
