A fast-growing social media platform is looking for a UX Researcher to embed within its Core Product Squad, owning research strategy and execution for one of the company's most active and high-impact product areas.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to a scrappy, product-minded mixed methods researcher who thrives in lean teams, moves quickly, and proactively identifies opportunities for research that directly shape product decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify research opportunities without relying on a formal intake process
- Build close partnerships with Product Management, Design, and Data teams
- Create lightweight, actionable research plans that keep pace with product development
- Conduct mixed methods research, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Design and analyse surveys to inform product strategy and feature decisions
- Deliver fast, high-quality insights through lightweight communication channels (e.g. Slack, readouts, workshops)
- Translate findings into clear product recommendations and behavioural implications
- Connect research outputs directly to product outcomes, user behaviour, and roadmap decisions
- Help evolve research workflows by integrating AI-enabled tools and processes
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Digital Data Analyst

The Role
You will work at the intersection of digital trading and analytics, ensuring that data is translated into meaningful insights that drive performance.
* Turning digital trading questions into clear analytical frameworks and insight led recommendations
* Analysing funnel performance to optimise conversion, engagement, and customer journeys
* Partnering with stakeholders across trading, marketing, and product to influence decision making
* Using GA4 and GTM to track, measure, and enhance digital performance
* Building dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights effectively
* Developing semantic models and leveraging DAX to support scalable reporting and analytics
* Working closely with engineering teams to brief requirements and ensure accurate data capture
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience within digital analytics, ecommerce, or retail environments
* Hands on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Advanced Power BI capability, including semantic modelling and DAX
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Experience working with stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple teams
* Understanding of digital performance metrics and funnel optimisation
* Comfortable briefing technical teams and ensuring sound data implementation
