The Role
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for synthetic data generation and data augmentation
- Develop and validate statistical and machine learning methodologies to ensure data quality, reliability, and trust
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to take models from experimentation through to production
- Build systems that enhance real-world data rather than replace it, including open-text and structured outputs
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and external clients
- Operate end to end across problem definition, modelling, validation, and delivery
- Strong commercial experience applying Generative AI and Large Language Models in production environments
- Deep knowledge of NLP, text generation, and modern machine learning techniques
- Excellent grounding in statistics, experimental design, and model validation
- Expert Python skills within a data science or machine learning stack, plus strong SQL
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and collaborating with engineering teams
- Confidence explaining methodology, limitations, and impact to a broad range of stakeholders
- Exposure to synthetic data, prompt engineering, RAG, or cloud-based data platforms is beneficial but not essential

Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product improvements

Run multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously, from discovery through to delivery
What They’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally within consumer-facing tech
-
Proven track record of improving customer journeys and delivering measurable impact

Strong product intuition with a focus on user experience and engagement
-
Experience owning products end-to-end in fast-paced environments
-
Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
-
Background in startups or high-growth tech businesses preferred
Nice to Have

Experience with onboarding flows or conversion optimisation

Exposure to complex or high-value customer journeys

Interest in fintech or data-driven products
