The Role

The organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of key product areas within its B2B SaaS platform. This role will play a central part in shaping product strategy and delivery, balancing user needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams and will have significant influence over roadmap priorities and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product domains
  • Lead product discovery with public sector customers and suppliers
  • Translate user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals into clear product requirements
  • Define and prioritise initiatives based on impact, value, and risk
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Act as a key stakeholder partner for sales, customer success, and leadership teams
  • Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to guide continuous improvement

Required Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience owning complex products used by multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product development, discovery, and agile delivery
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven domains
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in public procurement, government, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with procurement legislation or frameworks
  • Experience working with public sector or enterprise customers
  • International or multi-market product experience

The Role

As a Data Visualisation Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, then design and build visualizations that are both visually engaging and easy to navigate. This role requires technical Power BI expertise, data modeling skills, and design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Power BI dashboards from concept through to deployment and maintenance. Build robust data models using star schema and dimensional modeling techniques. Write DAX measures and calculations to deliver business metrics and KPIs. Create Power Query transformations to extract, clean, and shape data from multiple sources. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. Ensure dashboards are visually engaging, intuitive, and follow UX best practices. Optimize dashboard performance for fast load times and smooth user experience. Maintain and enhance existing Power BI solutions based on feedback. Document dashboards and data models. Provide training and support to stakeholders.

Essential Skills

2-3 years experience developing Power BI dashboards professionally. Strong Power BI skills including report design, data modeling, and workspace management. DAX proficiency including calculated columns, measures, time intelligence, and advanced functions. Power Query proficiency including M language, data transformations, and query optimization. SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and understanding database structures. Data modeling experience including star schema, dimensional modeling, and normalization.
