A high-growth, product-led digital gambling business is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape how data drives commercial, customer, and product decision-making across the organisation. Analytics is viewed as a key commercial function internally, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, CRM, Commercial, and Trading teams.

The Role


This is a highly commercial Senior Analyst position focused on helping the business make smarter decisions through customer, product, and commercial insight. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders across Growth, Product, CRM, and Commercial teams to translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

* Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, segmentation, and lifecycle performance

* Supporting CRM and growth initiatives through insight and analytics

* Identifying trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through data

* Partnering closely with stakeholders to influence business strategy - this is a critical component of the opportunity

* Supporting experimentation and performance measurement initiatives

* Communicating complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

* Helping improve analytical maturity and data-driven decision-making across the business

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, partnering closely with stakeholders, and driving measurable commercial impact through analytics

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong SQL
  • Experience within customer, commercial, CRM, product, or growth analytics
  • Experience analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, segmentation, or CLTV
  • Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical team
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on actionable insight
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools
  • Exposure to experimentation or A/B testing beneficial
  • Python or R experience nice to have
  • Experience within fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environments beneficial
  • Gaming, gambling, subscription, ecommerce, fintech, or other high-frequency customer environments highly relevant
