Digital Analytics Consultant

£60,000-£70,000 + Bonus

Remote-First in the UK (1-2 days a month in London)

The Company

An established data, analytics and activation consultancy within a global media network is hiring a Digital Analytics Consultant to join its growing team. The business works closely with clients navigating change across analytics, activation, personalisation and data platforms, helping them join up tools, teams and measurement without unnecessary complexity or platform-led selling; known for its pragmatic, low-ego approach, the consultancy focuses on what will actually work for clients rather than pitching glossy strategies. With strong backing from a global network and an evolving operating model, this is a chance to shape how integrated data consulting is delivered in practice!

The Role

This is a client-facing Adobe-focused Digital Analytics Consultant position sitting between strategy and delivery. You’ll act as the day-to-day lead for clients, bringing strong Adobe Analytics expertise while helping organisations navigate wider analytics and experience challenges.

You’ll balance hands-on Adobe knowledge with client leadership: owning relationships, guiding roadmaps and ensuring delivery stays grounded and effective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as SME across Adobe Analytics for key clients
  • Supporting and leading end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementations
  • Translating business requirements into technical delivery plans
  • Owning client meetings, roadmaps and delivery coordination
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Working across analytics, activation and experience programmes
  • Supporting internal delivery improvements and best practice
  • Contributing to new business conversations where required

Your Skills & Experience

I’m looking for candidates who enjoy breadth, client exposure and solving real-world data challenges

Key experience:

  • Strong Adobe Analytics experience (implementation + analysis)
  • Experience delivering analytics projects end-to-end
  • Confident client-facing communication and stakeholder management

Nice to have:

  • Adobe CJA / Customer Journey Analytics experience

The Benefits

  • £60,000-£70,000
  • Bonus
  • Remote-first working
  • London office visit once per month (preference for twice monthly, fully expensed)
  • Opportunity to shape delivery within a growing consultancy
  • Strong client exposure and progression opportunities

The Company

Collectively, the group supports thousands of learners and employers, making it one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the country by learner numbers and revenue. The business is currently undergoing a major digital and data transformation, investing in modern platforms, improved reporting structures, and automation to enable smarter decision-making across the organisation; data plays a critical role in supporting areas such as sales pipeline performance, learner progression, compliance, and operational delivery, and the data function is central to the organisation’s long-term growth strategy.
