$170,000 – $200,000 + Benefits + Bonus + LTI
A leading, innovative company is looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Analytics and Insights to successfully mine and analyze data, generate insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve channel performance and business success in the greater New York City/northern New Jersey area.
THE ROLE:
As Senior Manager of Analytics and Insights, you will work cross-functionally and lead the analysis of large amounts of 1st and 3rd-party data to generate key insights that enable senior leadership, thus driving channel optimization and business growth. You will be responsible for:
- Collecting/cleaning/analyzing substantial customer and sales data using SQL and/or BigQuery
- Designing and executing A/B tests and analyzing/interpreting results
- Performing statistical analysis and scripting using Python and/or R; developing dashboards in Tableau
- Extracting key insights from analyses and tests, and delivering data-driven recommendations
YOUR SKILLS:
- Progressive commercial advanced analytics experience in CPG, media, retail, eCommerce, etc.
- Well-versed in core advanced analytics data mining and scripting tools such as Python, R, and SQL
- Proficient in building customized dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Proven commercial experience designing, executing, and analyzing statistical tests (i.e., A/B)
- Strong knowledge of media channels and concepts (i.e., Display, Paid Search, SEM, SEO, Social)
- Proven commercial experience extracting insights from web data (i.e., clickstream, website traffic)
- Well-versed in advanced analytics techniques (i.e., LTV, trend analysis, user journey analysis)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with/ technical and non-technical teams; presenting to leaders
- Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, or related field; M.B.A. or M.S. preferred
BENEFITS:
As the Senior Manager of Analytics and Insights, you can make up to a $200,000 base salary (depending on experience).

THE COMPANY
A distinguished leader in the healthcare sector is looking to add a Senior Manager of Analytics to its growing team. If you possess comprehensive knowledge of analytics and are enthusiastic about assuming an individual contributor position within a large organization, this might be the role for you!
THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager of Analytics, you will support one of four Marketing GMs in guiding data-driven decision-making through business simulations and optimization, competitive intelligence and war-gaming, and risk management. In this role, you will be expected to work on business topics related to market and brand growth drivers, competitive assessments, spend optimization, and options for driving top-line and bottom-line.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Experience working in an individual contributor capacity.
- Expertise with syndicated market data (Nielsen, IRI, etc.) and advanced analytics tools (SQL, etc.).
- Proven track record of solving complex business problems, thinking creatively, and using data to tell a story.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or Business/Marketing.

THE COMPANY:
You will join a global company that focuses on developing and marketing consumer health and hygiene products. You will work with a portfolio that is well known across the globe, enhances consumers overall health and wellbeing.
THE ROLE
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the global strategy for a leading brand, developing strategies to enhance the brands everyday offerings. This role requires a very seasoned marketing professional that has proven track record of working on global, consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a consistent and distinctive global brand in collaboration with key functions
- Provides leadership for cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and marketing leads
- Develops growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive data and insights
- Hire, mentor, and develop managers and senior managers within the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 12 years of marketing experience with 3-4 years at the Sr Director/Director level
- Global marketing experience in consumer products industry
- Experience in working with Latam, EMEA and/or AP
- Proven track record of brand turnaround
- Proven track record of developing strong global brands: defining global strategy/ program, aligning with key stakeholders, identifying the right agencies to help, executing the program and communicating to markets for brand activation. Ability to show positive impact of the program on the sales/ market share.
- Proficiency in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and digital assets
- Ability to leverage technology for data analysis and consumer insights
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
