A mainstay innovator in Health + Wellness is looking to bring on an experienced Manager of Digital Analytics to its rapidly growing analytics function!
THE ROLE- MANAGER OF DIGITAL ANALYTICS
In this role, you can expect to track, test, report, and provide in-depth analysis across all digital touchpoints and channels. You will be able to collaborate across the greater organization to translate these high-level business requirements into actionable insights. In addition, you will be tasked with:
- Managing the digital analytics function while collaborating with product management to define KPIs to measure app and website feature releases.
- Liaising directly with senior and c-level executives to translate business insights to non-technical and technical stakeholders alike.
- Develop and curate an analytical view of the member journey across digital touchpoints and channels.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of five years of experience working in a direct digital market with a product or mobile app function.
- Detailed work experience in tracking and testing through A/B Testing methods.
- Detailed work experience optimizing conversion funnels such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
- Detailed proficiency with a web analytics tool such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with a CRM tool such as Salesforce.
- Advanced data visualization tools and dashboard experience using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Capability to build digital roadmap initiatives to enable efficiencies and scale analytics access across the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field. Master’s preferred.
BENEFITS- MANAGER OF DIGITAL ANALYTICS
In this role, you can expect to make up to $150,000 on the base salary (depending on experience), a bonus, plus best-in-class personal benefits.
