Join a leading Media Agency in London (Hybrid) as an Analytics Director, working closely with private sector clients and the government. Harnham is collaborating with this well-established agency to fill this crucial role within their specialist division.

Overview: As an Analytics Director, you will manage a small team, maximizing project efficiency and effectiveness for government and private sector clients. Your expertise in marketing effectiveness and strong analytical capabilities will drive success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple client projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and identifying areas for improved efficiency.
  • Coach and develop junior analysts, fostering their professional and technical growth.
  • Cultivate internal stakeholder relationships, acting as an expert in your field and contributing to the development of new approaches and techniques.
  • Utilize exceptional data communication and presentation skills to translate analytical insights into real-world applications, delivering commercial value to clients.
  • Contribute to innovation within the Benchmarketing team, applying creative thinking to analytics problems and offering innovative solutions to clients.
  • Apply contemporary analytics approaches, including strategic dataset analysis, marketing mix modeling, segmentation analysis, and various datamining and machine learning techniques.
  • Ensure project milestones are met, managing project delivery within specified timelines.
  • Maintain technical excellence in all project outputs, addressing client needs and delivering visually clean and accessible results.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing effectiveness, strong analytics capabilities, and effective project management skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to manage project delivery effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills, both verbal and written, for various audiences.
  • Familiarity with MMM/Marketing Mix Modelling.
  • Proficiency in classical statistics, machine learning, and simulation techniques.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for improving skills in tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Excel VBA.
  • Strong data visualization skills, including expertise in tools like R-Shiny, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
