A high-growth consumer product brand are looking to define, drive and lead acquisition from the analysis of multiple channels. You will be looking to understand customer value, working in the acquisitions team that sits alongside the retention team.
THE COMPANY
As a Lead Growth Analyst, you will be working for an up-and-coming consumer product brand who are looking to understand and increase customer growth, whilst boosting overall customer value. This company has extremely large datasets, with an extensive customer base therefore you must be comfortable working with big data.
THE ROLE
As a Lead Growth Analyst, you will be working to optimise growth by reporting on key growth drivers, delivering findings back to stakeholders. Part of your role will also involve providing insight regarding the effectiveness of marketing investment, as well as looking to lead thinking on pricing and promotional strategies.
More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Reducing CPA through Conversion Rate Optimisation, Brand Search Optimisation and SEO, using tools such as SQL, DBT, Python
- Having input on how to optimise the Marketing Mix to drive acquisition
- Regularly discussing your insights with stakeholders at all levels
- Challenging the team's analysis to get the best understanding and value from the individual channels
- Working with your colleagues to monitor and analyse how acquisition activity effects the current customer base
- Looking at customer acquisition strategies for both long and short-term
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Growth Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Educated to a degree level in a STEM subject
- Strong analytical experience in a commercial environment, having worked with large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills, alongside basic SQL with experience visualising data using Looker (or similar)
- Python for statistical analytics desirable
- Experience working with customer data across multiple channels (mainly digital), looking at acquisition/retention, or both
- Experience working with operational teams, with significant ability to communicate insight to a non-technical background, including stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience working towards commercial objectives
THE BENEFITS
The successful Lead Growth Analyst will receive a salary of up to £85,000 with an extensive benefits package.
