The Role
This would be the first hire for a Data Science team and responsible for helping shape the future of data science in this company
- Building a function from the ground up
- Hiring, building and scaling a team of data science professionals
- Drive marketing initiatives, customer segmentation and customer value assessment
- Collaborate with data and software engineers to support data science solutions through the entire product lifecycle, including data wrangling, exploratory analysis, hypothesis testing, modeling, rapid prototyping, business validation and testing, and deployment.
- Apply a variety of advanced analytical techniques including predictive modelling, machine learning, time series analysis, simulation, and optimization to address specific business challenges.

This role is ideal for a data science leader who can define strategy, develop predictive models, and drive measurable business impact through advanced analytics and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop dynamic pricing models that optimize revenue, improve conversion rates, and enhance market competitiveness.
- Enhance lead scoring and customer personalization by building predictive models that identify high-value leads, optimize sales funnels, and improve user experiences.
