The Company

A well-established UK consumer brand with a loyal customer base and growing digital presence is hiring an SEO Coordinator to join its performance marketing team. With increased investment across digital and ecommerce, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on SEO experience while working closely with an expert agency partner.

The Role

This is a content-focused SEO role supporting the delivery of on-site optimisation, keyword research, and performance tracking. You’ll work with internal teams and a specialist agency to ensure the website follows SEO best practices, while proactively identifying opportunities to grow organic search visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and identify content gaps

  • Optimise on-site content and metadata for SEO performance

  • Monitor rankings and report on search trends

  • Support technical SEO changes and audits via agency guidance

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on brand-aligned copy

  • Review reports and deliver actionable insights to improve traffic and visibility

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Some experience in digital marketing, ideally with SEO exposure

  • Basic keyword research and content optimisation knowledge

  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel

  • High attention to detail and eagerness to learn

  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset

Desirable:

  • Direct SEO experience (client-side or agency)

  • Familiarity with tools like SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, or similar

  • Awareness of technical SEO principles

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse data from social, search, and e-commerce platforms
    Collect insights from key digital platforms to understand consumer interests, behaviours, and conversations relevant to the category and brand.

  • Evaluate brand positioning and the competitive landscape
    Assess how the brand and its competitors are perceived by consumers, identifying key strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities.

  • Explore consumer behaviour, including usage routines and purchase drivers
    Understand how consumers engage with products in their daily lives, and what influences their path to purchase.

  • Assess brand sentiment and awareness
    Measure how widely the brand is known and track overall consumer sentiment across digital touch points.

  • Develop strategic recommendations with support from the wider team
    Translate findings into clear, actionable strategies to inform marketing, innovation, and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential

The Role

As the most senior individual contributor in the analytics function, you’ll work across marketing, trade, and digital teams to deliver actionable insights and optimise performance across the full customer lifecycle. From acquisition and retention to forecasting and campaign planning, your work will directly shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis on customer retention, segmentation, repeat rates, and lifetime value

  • Identify trends in customer behaviour and commercial performance

  • Collaborate with finance and marketing to inform planning, targeting, and strategic goal setting

  • Build and maintain core reporting on customer profiles and marketing effectiveness
