HEAD OF CRM (Revenue and Systems Architect)

We’re looking for an experienced CRM & Revenue Systems Architect to own and evolve the systems that power a high-growth, B2B revenue engine. Sitting at the intersection of data infrastructure and commercial strategy, this role will be responsible for designing, scaling and governing the core CRM and GTM technology stack, while ensuring teams across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success have access to high-quality data and actionable insight. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building the foundations that enable efficient growth, strong analytics and operational excellence.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Customer Success and RevOps leadership
  • Design, configure and optimise CRM architecture to support scaling across Marketing, Sales and Service functions
  • Lead continuous assessment and optimisation of the GTM tech stack to ensure it remains scalable, secure and fit for future growth
  • Deliver the CRM roadmap in partnership with engineering and automation teams
  • Establish governance frameworks including permissions, security, documentation and system standards
  • Maintain system health, troubleshoot issues and provide advanced support to revenue and operations teams
  • Define and uphold data quality standards across the customer lifecycle, working closely with Marketing and RevOps teams
  • Support lifecycle and funnel analysis by enabling clean, reliable data and insight to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate on workflow automation and process improvement to increase efficiency and performance

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in a CRM, RevOps or Revenue Systems role, with ownership of CRM administration and architecture
  • Strong understanding of GTM systems and customer lifecycle design within SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight
  • Proven ability to bridge technical systems and commercial objectives, working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience designing scalable CRM architectures, governance models and data quality frameworks
  • Familiarity with modern CRM ecosystems and automation tools
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Director to lead the delivery of high-impact research and insight programmes for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. THE ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of custom research projects, from design and methodology through to analysis and final recommendations

  • Develop and oversee quantitative research programmes, including surveys and research clinics

The Role

As the company’s first dedicated MLOps hire, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the full MLOps lifecycle-from data ingestion and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
