An exciting unsecured lending Fintech company is currently hiring for a Director to lead their Existing Customer Management programme. This role will build out a team for ECM within the business and work very closely with the Director of Acquisitions and Director of Collections.

This role is an excellent opportunity to move into a fast-paced environment and take on real responsibility for business decisions and grow a small team.

This position can also be a step below at head of level.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

  • Own overall performance of a consumer credit card portfolio, including commercial, risk, and customer outcomes.
  • Design and optimise customer lifecycle, segmentation, credit limit, and decisioning strategies.
  • Drive data-led change initiatives, including scorecard, policy, and decision engine enhancements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve acquisition, in-life management, collections, and customer engagement outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, and set clear standards for a high-performing team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Credit Cards experience is a must
  • Must have owned and ran an ECM function for a lender
  • Strong numerical degree

Company

Our client is a London-based, well-funded startup specialising in analytics and predictive ML models. They help mobile apps optimise ad spend by analysing behavioural data and delivering predictive signals for high-value conversions. As the first data engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders to build core data infrastructure that powers real business impact.

Responsibilities

As the founding Data Engineer, you will own the design and implementation of data pipelines and infrastructure, including:

  • Build production ETL pipelines processing millions of mobile analytics events from MMPs like AppsFlyer and Adjust
  • Engineer features for ML models, including temporal patterns, user behaviour sequences, and campaign attribution
  • Ensure data quality via validation, deduplication, schema checks, and defensive programming
  • Optimise pandas/Polars pipelines for performance at scale
  • Handle messy real-world data: duplicates, nulls, schema drift, and out-of-order events
  • Build and orchestrate pipelines using Prefect and monitor BigQuery operations
  • Establish CI/CD practices and maintain clean, maintainable code
  • Integrate APIs with MMPs and advertising platforms, and collaborate with data scientists to productionise ML models
  • Set data quality standards and influence the technical strategy for the platform

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of building production data pipelines with measurable business impact
  • Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and pandas, with experience in memory optimisation and vectorisation
  • Experience managing messy real-world data and maintaining high data quality standards
  • Strong code quality practices (e.g., ruff, mypy, pytest, SQLFluff, pre-commit)
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to work 3 days/week from Central London office
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Experience with workflow orchestration (Prefect, Airflow, Dagster), cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), or backend Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI) is a plus

THE ROLE

This is an Analyst role focused on audience analytics, engagement, and monetisation across large-scale publishing platforms. You’ll work closely with product, editorial, commercial, and tech teams to understand user behaviour and help shape how audiences are acquired, retained, and monetised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing the effectiveness of registration walls and audience capture strategies, including how interest data is collected and used
  • Assessing whether premium content, paywalls, or subscription models can drive incremental revenue
  • Designing and analysing A/B tests to improve engagement, relevance, and retention
  • Working across multiple areas of the business as priorities evolve
  • Audience forecasting and traffic modelling
  • Evaluating the impact of AI-driven initiatives (e.g. content summarisation)
  • Partnering with stakeholders to translate insights into practical changes, while managing expectations and pushing back where needed

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong SQL capability, with experience querying large-scale datasets
  • Experience working with high-volume user or audience data
  • Background in media, publishing, agency, or similarly fast-paced digital environments preferred
  • Confident working with web analytics tools (GA experience beneficial)
  • Comfortable holding your own with stakeholders, managing direct communication styles, and challenging assumptions

As a Digital Analyst in this leading beauty brand you will have an exciting opportunity to work in a wider data team, delivering high-impact projects. This company are a household brand name and would be well-recognised in the beauty market.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Analyst, you can be expected to be involved in the following:

  • UX analysis – Looking at how customers interact with the site/app and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Competitor data – There’s currently little in place, so this person could take ownership of bringing in competitor insights.
  • Website improvements – The new site launched a few years ago-how can it be optimised further?
  • Peak trading analysis – Deep dives into peak periods to understand performance and opportunities.Brand reporting – Going beyond just onsite data to look at market share, stock availability, and other key brand metrics.
  • Market share tracking – Rather than just pulling and manipulating data, this role will be involved in plugging insights into dashboards.
  • Customer analysis – A big focus on getting under the skin of customer behaviour.
  • Collaboration – Working closely with teams across the business, building strong relationships and keeping communication clear.
  • Working with the GTM / Tag Management team
  • Reporting & Power BI – There’s a separate Power BI team who build dashboards, but they don’t currently integrate with GA data-this needs joining up.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Digital Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Google Analytics (GA) – Strong understanding of GA to drive insights and integrate with reporting.
  • BigQuery & SQL – Experience exporting GA data into BigQuery to support dashboard creation and deeper analysis.
  • Power BI – Preferred, but open to experience with other reporting tools.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) – An understanding of tagging is ideal but not essential
  • Digital & Ecommerce Data Expertise – Experience working with web and app data, ideally within a digital or ecommerce setting.
