RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define requirements, develop prototypes, and partner with engineers, analysts, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered product enhancements.
- Identify product gaps and workflow inefficiencies through close collaboration with internal users and subject matter experts.
- Design and build LLM-powered solutions that accelerate product development and improve operational outcomes.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and quality measurement capabilities for AI-driven features.
- Partner with software engineering teams to productionize new capabilities and drive adoption across user workflows.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- 6-10 years of experience building data products, software platforms, or AI-driven solutions.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, context management, agent development, and tool selection.
- Proven ability to define evaluation methodologies and quality standards for AI systems.
- Strong Python and SQL expertise.
- Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect technical outputs to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end Tableau development across Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Cloud
- Designing and maintaining scalable data sources, semantic layers, and reporting solutions
- Defining and embedding Tableau development best practices across the business
- Building high-quality dashboards that deliver actionable business insights
- Writing and optimising SQL across cloud and enterprise data environments
- Supporting and enabling business users with self-service analytics capabilities
- Owning BI governance, data quality frameworks, and reporting standards
- Acting as the escalation point for complex BI and reporting challenges
- Partnering with data engineering teams on architecture, modelling, and performance optimisation
- Contributing to a major cloud migration programme and helping modernise the wider analytics ecosystem
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data source development, and Tableau Prep
- Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions rather than focusing solely on front-end reporting
- Strong SQL skills, including complex querying, table creation, and performance optimisation
- Experience improving, scaling, or maturing a Tableau environment
- Understanding of data modelling, governance, and BI best practices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with cloud data platforms, migrations, or analytics modernisation programmes is advantageous
- Exposure to Tableau administration, performance tuning, and self-service analytics initiatives would be beneficial

Senior Pricing Analyst – 12 Month FTC

A fast-growing, purpose-led e-commerce business is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its expanding Analytics team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The business is undergoing an exciting period of growth and investment, with data and analytics playing an increasingly important role in how they operate. This role will be central to shaping and improving their pricing strategy across the business.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused initially on pricing analytics across buying and selling, with the opportunity to broaden into wider pricing and commercial analytics over time.
You’ll work closely with Commercial, Operations, Product and Technology teams to understand supply and demand, optimise pricing and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
You’ll be involved in:

Analysing and optimising pricing based on supply and demand

Looking at price elasticity, forecasting and predictive modelling

Evaluating pricing strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement

Supporting the transition from rules-based pricing towards more model-led and experimental approaches

Creating reporting and visualisations from business data

Providing clear, commercially relevant insight to senior stakeholders

Presenting findings and recommendations, including to Board-level stakeholders

Challenging existing analysis and approaches where appropriate
You won’t necessarily be expected to build complex models from scratch, but you’ll need strong statistical knowledge and the ability to understand, validate and challenge analytical approaches.
About You
We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst who is:

Strong technically, with experience in pricing analytics, forecasting, regression, predictive modelling or price elasticity

The Role
You will act as the technical lead for Tableau and BI, owning architecture, governance, and service maturity.
- Lead end-to-end Tableau development across Desktop, Prep, and Cloud
- Define and enforce best practice across dashboard design, data modelling, and performance
- Own BI governance frameworks, including data quality, standards, and documentation
- Support and upskill business users in a growing self-service BI environment
- Write and optimise complex SQL across Oracle and GCP environments
- Act as the escalation point for complex BI and data challenges
- Collaborate closely with data engineering on architecture and platform decisions
- Play a key role in a major migration from on-premise systems to GCP
- Drive improvements in Tableau performance, scalability, and overall service maturity
- Contribute to future-focused initiatives including AI-led analytics and semantic layers
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Tableau across both dashboard development and data source design
