This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a growing Business Intelligence function within a high-performing media and marketing environment. You will play a key role in elevating how data is used to drive commercial outcomes, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing the direction of BI across the business.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Associate Director will:
- Own and lead the day-to-day delivery of BI products, including dashboards and reporting solutions
- Assess existing reporting frameworks and identify opportunities to enhance structure, scalability, and impact
- Design and build high-quality dashboards across marketing performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversions

You will act as a strategic partner to growth, marketing and product teams, using data to inform decisions and identify opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively uncover growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion and retention
- Partner with marketing and product teams to influence strategy and prioritisation
- Translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks and recommendations
- Analyse performance across funnels, campaigns, experiments and customer lifecycle
- Design and evaluate A B tests and other experiments to measure impact
- Diagnose trends in performance and identify underlying drivers
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that influence commercial decisions
- Support stakeholders in understanding trade-offs between growth, efficiency and profitability
- Help improve data foundations, tracking and reporting capabilities
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience using a data visualisation tool to communicate insights effectively
- Background in growth, marketing or product analytics within a digitally focused business
- Ability to move beyond reporting into insight generation and recommendation
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business performance drivers
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work in ambiguity and drive projects forward
- Experience analysing funnels, experiments, campaigns and customer behaviour
