This is a unique opportunity to become the organization’s first dedicated AI Architect/Solutions Lead, working directly with senior leadership to shape and execute the firm’s AI strategy while delivering tangible business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and evaluate high-impact business workflows across investment, operations, investor relations, and corporate functions that can be enhanced through AI and automation.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand existing processes, quantify business value, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, agents, and workflow automations using modern LLM technologies and cloud-based platforms.
- Drive adoption of AI tools by supporting change management, user training, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing feedback collection.
- Collaborate with technical teams to establish scalable and sustainable AI capabilities across the organization.
- Help develop and maintain data and document governance standards, including file structures, taxonomy, naming conventions, and information management best practices.
- Monitor solution effectiveness and continuously improve tools based on user behavior, business outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- 5+ years of experience in AI, automation, business intelligence, analytics, digital transformation, consulting, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows, AI agents, or LLM-powered solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or similar technologies.
- Strong ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects from concept through deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data environments such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent.
Preferred
- Experience within consulting, financial services, private equity, investment management, or other fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Exposure to data governance, information architecture, and enterprise productivity tooling.
- Experience supporting change management and enterprise-wide technology adoption initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI architecture solutions across client engagements.
- Build and oversee scalable AI platforms, agentic workflows, inference pipelines, and API-driven architectures.
- Partner with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive architectural decisions related to AI governance, security, observability, and production deployment.
- Establish best practices for evaluation-driven development, testing, and AI solution lifecycle management.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, technical standards, and architecture documentation that support broader delivery teams.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or AI architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise designing and implementing LLM-based solutions, including RAG architectures, function calling, and AI agents.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and vector database technologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native deployment, monitoring, security, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to make independent technical decisions and communicate architecture recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering production-ready AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including governance, privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Preferred:
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned AI architect to define the technical foundations of a rapidly evolving AI platform and have a significant impact on the future direction of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and evolution of the company’s agentic AI architecture, establishing standards, patterns, and infrastructure for scalable AI-driven product experiences.
- Build and enhance critical AI infrastructure across evaluation frameworks, testing systems, observability platforms, tracing capabilities, and production agent execution environments.
- Design and implement agent orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, memory systems, planning frameworks, and adaptive feedback mechanisms.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to review architecture, identify technical risks, and drive best practices without creating delivery bottlenecks.
- Establish a robust AI quality framework, including evaluation datasets, grading systems, regression testing, release gates, experimentation platforms, and production feedback loops.
- Collaborate with engineering, machine learning, and product leaders to make informed architectural decisions and ensure reliable delivery of advanced AI capabilities.
- Mentor senior engineers through design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical leadership, raising standards across the wider engineering organization.
- Evaluate emerging advancements in agentic AI and apply them to build scalable, measurable, and impactful solutions.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with substantial expertise designing and delivering production AI systems at Staff, Principal, or equivalent level.
- Proven experience building and shipping agentic AI products, including multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, tool-use frameworks, and agent execution environments.
- Deep expertise in AI evaluation methodologies, including quality rubrics, curated datasets, deterministic and model-based grading, regression testing, and continuous feedback systems.
- Strong experience with advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic search architectures, including query decomposition, multi-hop retrieval, hybrid search, reranking, metadata filtering, source routing, evidence validation, citations, and confidence scoring.
- Strong understanding of large language models, retrieval systems, and modern agent design patterns.
- Expertise in large-scale systems architecture, cloud-based AI infrastructure, model serving, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and observability.
- Strong Python development skills and hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and guide engineering organizations of 15-20+ engineers through architecture and technical leadership.
Preferred
- Experience building agent-based systems within SaaS products focused on content, document management, or enterprise knowledge workflows.
- Experience with cloud-native machine learning infrastructure on AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
- Prior experience operating as a Principal Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or Staff-plus technical leader in a fast-growth technology environment.

- Role: AI Architect

As an AI Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the foundations of AI-powered analytics within a data-driven organization. You will work closely with internal data and engineering teams to design a scalable AI context layer, build a proof of concept, and establish the evaluation frameworks required to deliver trusted, high-quality AI-generated insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a target-state architecture for an AI context and semantic layer.
- Create a working proof of concept alongside internal data and engineering stakeholders.
- Define how governed business context, metadata, and metric definitions should be authored, maintained, and version controlled.
- Develop an evaluation framework that measures the quality, reliability, and accuracy of AI-generated answers.
