THE ROLE

- Own development of new PoCs and quickly build into production, using regulated data across finance and insurance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead MLOps Engineer will likely have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of commercial experience preferred with a focus on deploying machine learning models

THE ROLE – Digital Analytics Lead
As Digital Analytics Lead, you will be working directly with clients to define what is possible and what they need. You will be working hands-on throughout implementation – handling it end to end with various tools and technologies. Though the team is currently small, you will also be building out a team in short order while pushing the envelope of how the agency and their clients utilize data!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for digital properties.
- Utilize advanced features of Google Analytics to track and analyze user behavior across digital platforms.
- Implement and manage custom tracking solutions to gather relevant data for informed decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of digital data using SQL and Python, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.

- Experience leveraging SQL and Python in a commercial setting is required.
- Great communication skills and the ability to communicate trend analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A leading, innovative digital solutions company is looking for an experienced Advanced Analytics Manager to successfully lead statistical analysis & modeling and insights generation to meet business growth in the Eastern U.S.
THE ROLE:
As Advanced Analytics Manager, you will work cross-functionally and lead the analysis of large amounts of 1st and 3rd-party data to generate key insights that enable senior leadership, thus driving digital optimization and business growth. You will be responsible for:
- Collecting/cleaning/analyzing substantial marketing and web data using SQL and Python
- Designing and executing A/B tests and analyzing/interpreting results; performing website tracking
- Performing statistical analysis and scripting using Python and/or R; developing dashboards in Tableau
- Extracting key insights from analyses and tests, and delivering data-driven recommendations
YOUR SKILLS:
- Progressive commercial digital/marketing/web analytics experience in media, eCommerce, etc.
- Proficient in gathering, cleansing & analyzing website data in Google Analytics (i.e., GA360, GA4)
- Familiar with/ digital data platforms and tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce)
- Well-versed in core advanced analytics data mining and scripting tools such as Python, R, and SQL
- Proficient in building customized dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Proven commercial experience designing, executing, and analyzing statistical tests (i.e., A/B)
- Strong knowledge of media channels and concepts (i.e., Display, Paid Search, SEM, SEO, Social)
- Proven commercial experience extracting insights from web data (i.e., clickstream, website traffic)
- Well-versed in advanced analytics techniques (i.e., LTV, trend analysis, user journey analysis)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with/ technical and non-technical teams; presenting to leaders
- Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, or related field; M.B.A. or M.S. preferred
