A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Digital Merchandising Executive to join their expanding ecommerce team on a contract basis. As a pioneer in the digital healthcare space, this organisation supports over a million patients nationwide.
You’ll be a key part of the digital trading team, supporting ecommerce activity across several consumer brands and digital healthcare platforms. This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your input will directly influence commercial outcomes and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support merchandising across multiple online platforms
- List new products and ensure timely delivery of product launches, promotions, and supplier campaigns
- Optimise product pages with SEO-focused copy and engaging imagery in line with brand guidelines
- Test and validate pricing, promotional codes, and product data for accuracy and consistency
- Merchandising content across homepages and category pages aligned with marketing calendars
- Collaborate with trading and marketing teams to ensure promotional and product priorities are reflected on site
- Maintain product categorisation and taxonomy to ensure seamless user navigation
- Report on ecommerce KPIs, search behaviour, and content effectiveness to guide decision-making
