This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Analyst to join this leading retailer focus on loyalty and best customer offerings through data-driven solutions!

THE COMPANY:

This is a well-known retail company with an excellent presence and a huge customer base thus offering a wealth of data for the Customer Analyst to work with. They have recently launched a new loyalty scheme, making waves the industry, so there is plenty of exciting projects to get stuck into, while being part of a hugely successful analytics team.

THE ROLE:

As a Customer Analyst, you can expect to:

  • Work daily with SQL to conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour and trends.
  • Work on customer segmentation to create better customer profiles
  • Utilise these segments in order to have the best customer contact strategy for personalised campaigns
  • Create a clear customer view, understanding key metrics like retention, lifetime value and loyalty
  • Communicate data insights in simpler terms with the wider business, as well as manage relations with stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

As a Customer Analyst, you will be expected to:

  • Have prior experience in a commercial role covering similar things to the responsibilities listed above
  • Have experience working with very large customer data sets
  • Have excellent technical skills in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
  • Have a solid understanding of customer analytics, across segmentation, LTV, churn, loyalty, acquisition, retention, etc.
  • Be confident in communication with people to tell stories with data and present information clearly

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • £35,000 - £40,000 base salary DOE
