The Role
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own the analytics layer end to end. This role blends data modeling, analytics engineering, reporting, and stakeholder partnership, with a clear mandate to move the organization from reactive reporting to insight led decision making.
You will be embedded within the Finance organization and work closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, GTM, RevOps, and Product. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path toward people leadership as the data function matures.
What You Will Do
- Own the analytics stack from data modeling in Snowflake through to dashboards and reporting in Metabase
- Design and maintain high quality data models that power trusted, scalable analytics
- Lead the migration away from legacy BI tools and establish a single source of truth
- Build self service dashboards for Finance, GTM, RevOps, and Product stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders to translate questions into durable analytics solutions
- Proactively surface insights that influence planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
- Improve data quality, consistency, and usability across the analytics layer
- Define analytics standards, tooling, and best practices as the function evolves
- Support the transition toward predictive and forward-looking analytics over time
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, analytics, or data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills with hands on experience in Snowflake
- Strong experience building dashboards in Metabase
- Proven ability to own data models and analytics foundations end to end
- Experience working cross functionally with Finance, Sales, GTM, RevOps, and Product
- Comfort operating independently and taking full ownership of analytics domains
- Experience with dbt, forecasting, experimentation, or predictive analytics is a plus
- Interest in modern data tooling and AI enabled analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with non technical stakeholders

We are partnering with a fast growing company at the intersection of fintech, gaming, and digital commerce to hire a Data Engineering Manager. This leader will own the company wide data strategy, data ecosystem, and data organization.

The Opportunity
You will turn data into a strategic, revenue enabling asset by architecting and running a modern data stack that powers real time analytics, forecasting, ML insights, and regulatory reporting. This includes building semantic layers, unified source of truth datasets, experimentation frameworks, and high-quality telemetry.
You will oversee the full data lifecycle so product, commercial, risk, and compliance teams have timely, trusted data that drives GTM strategy, financial planning, customer analytics, churn modeling, fraud detection, and product optimization.
What You Will Lead
- Enterprise data strategy, roadmaps, data product vision, and multi year investment planning
- Data governance including cataloging, lineage, metadata, SLAs, access controls, and auditability, plus standardized KPIs and metric definitions
- Modern data architecture including real time pipelines, event streaming, warehousing, lakes, modeling, orchestration, and CI/CD for analytics and ML
- Analytics leadership across BI, self service, dashboarding, reporting, product analytics, forecasting, experimentation, and cohort analysis
- Data science enablement for predictive models, risk scoring, automated decisioning, and personalization, with infrastructure to deploy models
- Team leadership across data engineering, BI, analytics, and applied science including hiring, mentorship, operational rigor, and quality standards
- Cross functional partnership with Product, Engineering, FP&A, Compliance, and GTM to support product innovation, financial modeling, AML and KYC workflows, and market expansion
- Data activation through dashboards, workflow automation, internal data apps, and decision support tools
What You Bring
- 10+years in data with at least 3 in senior leadership
- Experience in high growth fintech, payments, or regulated financial services
- Proven ability to build and scale enterprise data ecosystems
- Expertise in data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance including AML and KYC
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Technical depth in cloud warehouses, modeling, ETL and ELT, orchestration, and BI
- Strong SQL and familiarity with Python
- Experience with AWS data services and infrastructure as code

THE ROLE
This role sits at the heart of the business, playing a critical role across inventory management, commercial timetabling, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and yield management.
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue performance through a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, leading key revenue management initiatives while ensuring strong day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue performance from both a strategic and operational perspective
- Leading and delivering internal revenue management initiatives
- Balancing longer-term strategic priorities with high-quality day-to-day delivery

We’re supporting a large scale, consumer facing technology business on the hire of a Technical Programme Manager to join their Transformation and Delivery function on a 12 month contract. This role sits at the centre of business wide technical change, owning complex, cross functional programmes that cut across systems, data platforms, engineering and tooling.
The business operates at significant scale and complexity, with transformation initiatives becoming increasingly critical to how it delivers growth, governance and operational efficiency. This role works closely with senior leaders across the organisation, including C suite and VP level stakeholders, translating complex technical programmes into clear strategic narratives.
This is not a delivery only role. You’ll be expected to operate in ambiguous problem spaces, bring structure where there is uncertainty, and drive momentum across initiatives that don’t naturally sit within a single function.
The role
