A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support its growing analytics and insights team. This is an ideal role for someone with a keen eye for data, looking to build a strong foundation in analytics within a collaborative, commercially focused environment.
The Role:
You’ll work alongside experienced analysts and business stakeholders, helping to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. From data preparation and cleaning to supporting dashboards and regular reporting, you’ll play a key part in driving smarter decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing, validating and analysing data from multiple internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

DATA ANALYST

THE ROLE:
As the Data Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things data and reporting within the marketing team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and automating marketing dashboards and reports to track performance and ROI in Funnel.IO.
- Defining key marketing metrics and KPIs in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Streamlining data processes and improving visibility of performance across channels (TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.).
- Acting as the sole analyst in the team, providing actionable insights that guide marketing strategy and budget allocation.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders across marketing and leadership teams.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful Data Analyst will have:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a marketing or performance marketing team (B2C environment preferred).
- Strong skills in Google Sheets (automation, complex formulas, data structuring).
- Experience using Funnel.io for dashboard creation.
- Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to capture reporting requirements.
- Ability to translate marketing data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau is a nice to have.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer or in a similar data engineering/BI role
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience using dbt for data modeling
- Strong familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Looker, AWS/GCP, Tableau, or Airflow
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)

Our client is seeking their first Business Analyst to support their largest ongoing project – a full revamp and replatforming of internal business systems (B2B and B2C).
Previously, the product team covered business analysis activities, but with expanding scope, they now need a dedicated BA to drive structure, clarity, and progress. Some initial requirements exist, but significant work remains to define and prioritise them effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with commercial and technical teams to gather and refine business requirements.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements and manage Jira tickets.
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead to track progress against milestones.
- Work with a global team of engineers, architects, and Product Managers.
- Interface with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.
- Develop and maintain documentation including PRDs and process flows.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within fast-moving digital or technology-driven environments.
