The Role:
You’ll work alongside experienced analysts and business stakeholders, helping to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. From data preparation and cleaning to supporting dashboards and regular reporting, you’ll play a key part in driving smarter decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Overview
We are seeking a BI Developer to support a fast-growing business in the sports, gambling, and gaming sector, working across multiple brands. The role will focus on transforming website and customer data into insights that drive revenue and inform smarter decision-making.
You’ll join a small engineering team led by the Head of Engineering, where the current setup involves simple dashboards. This role will take reporting to the next level by delivering cleaner data, stronger models, and higher-quality dashboards that provide real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, structure, and organise raw data for analysis by commercial stakeholders.
- Build data models to improve reporting speed and accuracy.

Design and deliver Tableau dashboards that visualise complex data, including:
- Tracking end-to-end revenue vs campaigns.
- Visualising active deals and account overviews.
- Validate data accuracy, handle missing data, and maintain consistent metric definitions.
- Schedule data refreshes and automate repetitive reporting tasks.
- Build and maintain Tableau/Snowflake dashboards.
- Collaborate with Data Ops when data accuracy is questionable.
- Work closely with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to align outputs with business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in SQL and Tableau.
- (Nice to have) Experience with Snowflake.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving revenue performance through data and analytics excellence. Reporting into senior leadership, the position will lead the development and continuous improvement of revenue data architecture, reporting, and analytics tools. Requirements:

- Proven experience in SQL and Power BI.

- Supporting the development of new reporting processes and dashboards in Power BI.

Overview
You’ll join the national reporting team of a leading charity. The work focuses on analysing and reporting on service user data, with future expansion into more corporate data such as finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on service user data from Government departments
- Produce and enhance monthly reports (partly automated).
- Handle ad hoc data queries from stakeholders.
- Develop new reporting applications and create weekly performance reports (primarily in Excel).
- Support the transition to broader data reporting, e.g. finance data.
- Upskill the team in Power BI and improve reporting capabilities.
- Assess outputs based on requests and deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Power BI and Excel.
- Familiarity with Business Objects (data environment).
- Industry preference- non-profit or public sector
