The Role
I’m working with a start up company who are are looking to hire an AI Engineer to help design and deploy LLM-powered tools. You’ll prototype and build end-to-end systems that extract and act on data from diverse document types using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based reasoning.
Experience Required
- Strong Python engineering skills and experience with AI tooling
- Experience building and deploying microservices (FastAPI, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software practices
- Background in document extraction and reasoning (LLMs, RAG, agents)
- Exposure to multimodal data (text, images, structured)

Structurer, organiser et consolider la collecte de données existante
- Maintenir, modifier occasionnellement et faire évoluer des pipelines de données déjà en place
- Être autonome sur les sujets R&D Data, avec une forte composante scientifique (création de POC IA, analyse, modélisation, prédiction)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers (RH, marketing, satisfaction client) pour transformer la donnée brute en insights métier
- Participer à la roadmap technique et scientifique sur 3, 6 et 12 mois, principalement autour des sujets IA et Data Engineering
