This is a senior interim leadership role joining a growing data function in a Green Tech business pivotal point in its maturity. Strong foundations are in place across AWS, Snowflake, dbt and Power BI; the focus now is on turning that platform into tangible insight and business impact.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of three (Engineers/Analysts)
- Own and manage the data and analytics roadmap, setting realistic expectations around delivery
- Shift the function from automated reporting to high-quality insight and decision support
- Embed clear intake, prioritisation and ways-of-working processes for data requests
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver KPI dashboards, executive reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Improve data literacy across the business and manage reactive requests effectively
- Support machine learning initiatives, including in-housing and adoption of an existing demand prediction model

Skills & Experience:

- Strong commercial acumen and confidence influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams
- Solid understanding of analytics, data storytelling and insight delivery
- Hands-on background with Power BI, SQL, and ideally Python

As a BI Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with existing data sources to create a usable reporting layer
- Using Databricks to pull and prepare data to feed into Power BI
- Building end-to-end Power BI dashboards, covering multiple use cases including campaign performance and marketing impact
- Supporting wireframing and dashboard design, working closely with stakeholders to shape requirements
- Creating data models either within Databricks
- Delivering approximately 20-40% data engineering work, with the remainder focused on Power BI development

The client is experiencing high demand, and the role requires a blend of Power BI development and light analytics engineering capability. The data environment does not yet have a clean, established data layer. The consultant will work in Databricks to pull and shape data before surfacing insights in Power BI, building several new dashboards from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new Power BI dashboards from the ground up, working directly from Databricks data sources
- Deliver dashboards covering:
- Campaign performance
- Customer health metrics
- Marketing impact and effectiveness
- Perform simple ETL and data shaping tasks (circa 20-40% engineering, remainder Power BI)
- Gather requirements directly from client stakeholders via regular calls
- Provide clear updates to the internal MSQ delivery team
- Support dashboard design and usability, ensuring outputs are clear and client-ready
- Operate autonomously, joining daily stand-ups and managing workload without close supervision

The Opportunity
A leading international media and audio business is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to join a central Data & Decision Sciences function operating across multiple European markets.
This team sits at the heart of the organisation and partners closely with senior stakeholders to drive data led decision making across audience, commercial, and operational domains. Data is treated as a strategic asset, not a support function.
The Role
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into well modelled, business ready data marts and semantic layers. You will take ownership of dimensional modelling, dbt transformations, and core metrics that power BI tools used across the business.
This role blends hands on technical delivery with technical leadership and line management, managing 2 to 3 Analytics Engineers while working closely with senior data leaders and stakeholders on multi market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and own dimensional data models using Kimball methodology
* Build and maintain dbt pipelines from raw to gold layer marts
* Define and enforce modelling, testing, and documentation standards
* Own elements of the semantic layer and core business metrics
* Translate technical schemas into clear, business friendly concepts
* Lead migration of workloads into Snowflake and dbt
* Refactor legacy logic and optimise models for performance
* Champion documentation first practices and data quality standards

Join a large organisation supporting across their finance function as a Data Analyst.
THE ROLE:
As a Data Analyst, you will be working across several brand-new initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the cash accounting function through data modelling and analysis
- Delivering analytics to support new tender launches
- Monitoring performance of new website launches
- Supporting investigations within the stock finance area
- Creating data models from scratch, including writing brand-new SQL data models
- Working primarily in SQL (approx. 75%) with a smaller focus on visualisation (approx. 25%)
- Building Power BI dashboards using a combination of newly created models and pre-existing tables
- Engaging directly with stakeholders across all levels of the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful Data Analyst will have:
- Strong SQL skills with experience building data models from the ground up
- Solid Power BI experience, including dashboard development

We are partnering with a fast growing company at the intersection of fintech, gaming, and digital commerce to hire a Data Engineering Manager. This leader will own the company wide data strategy, data ecosystem, and data organization.

The Opportunity
You will turn data into a strategic, revenue enabling asset by architecting and running a modern data stack that powers real time analytics, forecasting, ML insights, and regulatory reporting. This includes building semantic layers, unified source of truth datasets, experimentation frameworks, and high-quality telemetry.
You will oversee the full data lifecycle so product, commercial, risk, and compliance teams have timely, trusted data that drives GTM strategy, financial planning, customer analytics, churn modeling, fraud detection, and product optimization.
What You Will Lead
- Enterprise data strategy, roadmaps, data product vision, and multi year investment planning
- Data governance including cataloging, lineage, metadata, SLAs, access controls, and auditability, plus standardized KPIs and metric definitions
- Modern data architecture including real time pipelines, event streaming, warehousing, lakes, modeling, orchestration, and CI/CD for analytics and ML
- Analytics leadership across BI, self service, dashboarding, reporting, product analytics, forecasting, experimentation, and cohort analysis
- Data science enablement for predictive models, risk scoring, automated decisioning, and personalization, with infrastructure to deploy models
- Team leadership across data engineering, BI, analytics, and applied science including hiring, mentorship, operational rigor, and quality standards
- Cross functional partnership with Product, Engineering, FP&A, Compliance, and GTM to support product innovation, financial modeling, AML and KYC workflows, and market expansion

What You Bring
- 10+years in data with at least 3 in senior leadership
- Experience in high growth fintech, payments, or regulated financial services
- Proven ability to build and scale enterprise data ecosystems
- Expertise in data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance including AML and KYC
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Technical depth in cloud warehouses, modeling, ETL and ELT, orchestration, and BI
