  • Analyse approfondie des performances des campagnes et réalisation de reporting détaillés
  • Développement et déploiement des plans de tracking pour mesurer l’efficacité des actions marketing

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Bac +3/5 en marketing digital

Pour renforcer son pôle Paid Search, elle recherche un(e) Consultant(e) SEA Senior passionné(e), à la fois stratégique, opérationnel(le) et orienté(e) résultats.

Missions :

  • Piloter des campagnes Google Ads et Bing Ads (Search, DSA, Brand, etc.)
  • Élaborer la stratégie d’acquisition SEA avec les clients (structuration, budgets, ciblages…)
  • Optimiser les performances au quotidien (CPC, taux de conversion, ROAS…)

I am looking for someone who can help drive our clients’ CTI frameworks and products forward whilst supporting with some of the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support weekly Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) activities and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of CTI processes and frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of CTI tools and products.
  • Provide strategic and technical support to the CTI Manager and broader CTI team.

Background & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading CTI programmes or managing CTI teams.
  • Strong knowledge of threat intelligence lifecycle and operational CTI practices.
  • Hands-on experience implementing CTI frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain).

A major UK retail brand is looking for a data-driven Analytics Manager – Marketing Effectiveness to join their expanding analytics function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide range of marketing channels, lead a small team, and help optimise the impact of one of the UK’s most recognisable fashion brands.

The Role:
You’ll focus on driving insight across brand marketing, CRM and performance marketing – analysing effectiveness, improving ROI, and supporting data-driven decisions across a £30m media budget. With CRM accounting for 50% of total sales, email marketing analytics will be a critical area of focus.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and optimise marketing performance across channels (brand, CRM, performance/digital)
Translate campaign and channel data into actionable insights for stakeholders across marketing and ecommerce
Lead ROI and attribution analysis to shape future media spend
Drive deeper understanding of CRM performance – especially email marketing effectiveness
Work closely with media agency partners to onboard and apply predictive models in new marketing channels

Tools & Tech Stack:

  • Lead client-facing calls, providing expert advice and guidance on CRO techniques.

  • Analyse customer journeys using tools like GA4, ContentSquare, HotJar, and other CRO platforms.

  • Oversee test design and implementation, ensuring optimal analytics and performance.

  • Mentor and support junior members of the CRO team.

Required Skills and Experience:
