THE ROLE

What You’ll Do:
- Model Usage-Based Economics: Build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake, transforming raw product telemetry into clear financial views (ARR, margin, unit economics).
- Forecast & Scenario Analysis: Use Python-driven Monte Carlo and statistical models to forecast revenue, costs, and gross margin under multiple scenarios.

This is a high impact role, sitting across marketing, digital, and trading, where you’ll be driving key strategic decisions through data. You’ll be analysing customer and product data, helping to shape brand and marketing strategy, and influencing senior leadership with your insight. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong retail or consumer experience who loves turning data into real business outcomes.
THE ROLE:
As Senior Insight Analyst, you will:
- Lead on customer and product insight projects that support key areas of the business including digital, trading, and brand.
- Deliver regular reporting, deep dives, and ad-hoc insight to shape business performance.
- Be the go-to person for all things customer behaviour, segmentation, retention, and LTV.
- Support analytics on campaign performance, digital attribution, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Help maintain and improve dashboards and encourage data-driven decision-making across teams.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing or customer analytics role, ideally in retail or fashion.
