THE COMPANY:

Join an environmental services company as a Senior Power BI Specialist.

THE ROLE:

As a Senior Power BI Specialist, you will bring data to life and improve the quality of information available to the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards (daily, weekly updates) for internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine KPIs, challenge assumptions, and ensure data tells the right story.
  • Prototype and create wireframes for new dashboards.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and work closely with FP&A and Sales teams.
  • Advise on dashboard design and insight generation, highlighting areas the business may not currently see.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience in Power BI, SQL, and Azure.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Senior-level expertise with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
  • Strategic thinker able to challenge and guide business decisions through data.
  • Waste management, sustainability, revenue analysis would be a plus.

THE ROLE

You’ll play a key role in developing and optimising lending and credit strategies across core UK products, with a likely initial focus on the organisation’s newest product area. This position offers broad exposure to commercial, analytical and strategic work across the full credit lifecycle.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:

  • Developing and implementing acquisition and customer management strategies.
  • Creating pricing, NPV and profitability models to support product growth.
  • Embedding analytical insights into credit decision making and wider business strategy.
  • Conducting analysis on customer trends, performance and portfolio dynamics.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Harnham are working with a UK consumer finance provider to hire a Senior Impairment Analyst within their growing portfolio analytics team. This is a strategic, high impact role supporting the performance, forecasting and optimisation of key lending products.

THE ROLE

This is a broad impairment analytics role focused on understanding portfolio performance, enhancing forecasting frameworks and supporting end‑to‑end strategic decision making. You’ll work cross functionally with product, risk and data teams to deliver high quality insights and improvements.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:

  • Analysing portfolio performance to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommending and implementing enhancements to impairment methodologies and frameworks.
  • Using statistical and analytical techniques to forecast losses and understand customer behaviour.
  • Driving optimisation initiatives across processes, tooling and analytical workflows.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior analysts as part of a cooperative team.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience in impairment analytics or portfolio performance analysis.
  • Ability to apply analytical methods to forecasting, customer behaviour or loss modelling.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis; Python is advantageous.
  • STEM degree from a Russel group university
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
