We’re supporting a MarTech agency looking for a CRM Analyst (Contract) with hands-on Bloomreach experience. This is a 6 month enablement-focused role, working between a consultancy partner and an end client to support CRM execution.
The role is delivery-focused rather than analytical, with an emphasis on building customer journeys and deploying email campaigns within Bloomreach. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in CRM tools and supporting campaign enablement during a busy period.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work hands-on in Bloomreach to support CRM enablement activities
- Build and configure customer journeys and workflows
- Execute and deploy email campaigns
- Act as a delivery bridge between the consultancy partner and the end client
- Support day-to-day CRM operations during a short-term gap
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Enablement
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven hands-on experience with Bloomreach (essential)
- Background in CRM / lifecycle marketing / campaign execution

An established organisation within the entertainment and media space is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Engagement Manager to lead entertainment-related partnerships and drive key performance outcomes. About the Role
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end partnership strategy and delivery, working across internal teams and external partners to develop innovative, high-impact activations. This includes overseeing national-scale campaigns, managing significant budgets, and delivering clear performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, pitching, negotiation, execution, and reporting of entertainment partnerships aligned to business objectives across experiential activations, digital and social campaigns, media placements, talent and influencer marketing, and more.

Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing plans, from briefing and KPI definition through to execution and post-campaign analysis.

You’ll work alongside a leading global agency to support enterprise clients using an AI-driven media management platform, focusing on how content, assets, and metadata flow from Adobe DAM into media and activation tools. This role is ideal for someone with strong Adobe DAM experience who understands content architecture, taxonomy, and CDP integrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a DAM and content integration specialist supporting enterprise media operations
- Configure and manage Adobe Digital Asset Management, including:
- Asset structures and taxonomy
- Metadata models
- User roles and permissions
- Support the movement of asset and metadata data from Adobe DAM into an AI-based media management platform
- Advise on how CDP data (via tools such as Tealium) can be connected into content and media workflows

- Ensure seamless integration of platforms with Leona, including CDPs, DAMs, and media platforms to enable connected performance.
- Collaborate with local markets to assess available data and segments that can be passed from CDPs (e.g., Tealium) into Leona.
- Support privacy reviews and assessments related to MarTech solutions, including tools such as Lotame used within the Connected ID ecosystem.
Governance, Permissions & Taxonomies
- Define, coordinate, and implement user permissions and folder structures in partnership with technical product owners and Publicis.
