THE ROLE

The successful Product Data Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse product data across web, app, and digital platforms to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define KPIs, tracking plans, and success metrics for new features and initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B tests, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis to measure impact and recommend next steps.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance, customer journeys, and digital engagement.
  • Liaise with different business units to drive insights and recommendations.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Product Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product/Data/Digital Analyst, ideally within a web, app, or digital product environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and product experimentation.
  • Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Director to take full ownership of the brand, growth, and customer acquisition strategy. This is a foundational hire who will sit at the leadership table, work directly with the executive team, and act as the strategic and creative lead across all marketing functions.

You’ll manage a marketing budget (~$1M in year one), oversee agency relationships, and scale performance across key channels including paid social, influencer, content, and SEO/SEM.

The Role

This is a newly created position within the central Analytics, Data, and Engineering function, designed to add an extra layer of leadership within the marketing analytics space.

You’ll take full ownership of the marketing analytics function, line-managing one Senior Analyst, and act as the go-to expert for marketing insight and reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and product to ensure data-driven decision-making, presenting confidently at executive and board level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading a small analytics team delivering insights to guide marketing targeting, spend, and impact.

  • Owning full-funnel, cross-platform customer analysis (web analytics, attribution partners, CDPs).

  • Improving campaign decision-making through attribution, incrementality, and media mix modelling.

  • Partnering with Data Science to build predictive models (LTV, churn).

  • Owning and refining marketing forecast models for budget and performance planning.

  • Using statistical analysis to optimise testing methodologies and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Background

  • Ideally from gaming, but open to e-commerce, ad-tech, or subscription/dating apps.

  • Must have a strong B2C focus.

Experience

  • Proven track record in marketing analytics.

  • Comfortable leading and mentoring others.

  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

  • Line management experience (desirable but not essential).

Technical Skills

  • SQL (essential).

  • Power BI / Looker.

  • Data visualisation expertise (Snowflake desirable).

Responsibilities
