What You’ll Do

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

  • Design, build, and deploy ML models for gameplay, personalization, prediction, and player behavior analysis
  • Collaborate with game designers, backend engineers, and data teams to integrate ML into live game systems
  • Develop scalable ML pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, etc.)
  • Work with real-time and batch data to support analytics and in-game decision systems
  • Maintain and improve MLOps workflows for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and creative problem-solving

Required:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science engineering roles
  • Strong programming skills in Python

CRM Lead (HubSpot) – London / Hybrid

A high-growth B2B blockchain analytics company is scaling its commercial engine and building out a next-generation GTM engineering function. As part of this, we’re looking for a hands-on Lead GTM Systems/CRM specialist to own, optimise, and innovate across our commercial tech stack, with HubSpot at the core.

This is an individual-contributor role with massive scope: you’ll be the technical and operational backbone for our go-to-market teams as the business doubles its sales organisation and invests heavily into scalable revenue operations.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the HubSpot expert-admin, architecture, optimisation, and advanced workflow build.

  • Improve and scale lead flow, routing logic, data quality, and commercial processes as volumes increase.

  • Build a robust GTM tech stack, integrating HubSpot with internal tools and external platforms.

  • Partner with engineers to deliver deeper technical integrations when needed.

  • Support launch and iteration of new sales processes, working closely with RevOps.

What we’re looking for

  • Deep HubSpot experience (admin, architecture, workflows, automation, reporting).

THE ROLE

As a CRM Executive focused on Casino, you will:

  • Own day-to-day Casino CRM activity across email, SMS, push and in-app
  • Build and refine customer segments based on behaviour and value
  • Set up, test and deploy HTML campaigns, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Monitor player activity daily and serve relevant offers to drive retention and revenue
  • Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, CTR and conversion, recommending optimisations
  • Manage Casino promotions end-to-end, from briefing and setup to QA and post-campaign review

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; exposure to Playtech IMS is a bonus
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data and Excel
