THE ROLE
This role is for someone in the first few years of their product management career, looking to join a young and sparky team. You’ll focus on an internal product, that will be rolled out to clients for use future. Your goal is to bring more like to the app, so that it’s more interactive and forward thinking and more attractive to use. You’ll be taking charge of the entire process and must be able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

- Experience working on a complex and innovative product

THE ROLE
You will lead and grow a small but dynamic research team. You’ll oversee a team of 8 (plus freelancers), working closely with the MD to shape strategy while remaining actively involved in day-to-day project delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys both leadership and execution-designing and managing quant and qual research projects, building client relationships, and spotting growth opportunities. You’ll have the freedom to make an impact and help scale the team as the business grows.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Market research background in either MedTech, healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceuticals
- Ideally you will come from a smaller-sized agency
- Line management experience
- Quant and qual experience, leaning more towards quantitative research
- Strong communication skills and evidence working with a range of clients
