Vos Missions :
- Piloter des études quantitatives de bout en bout : mise en place opérationnelle, relation client, analyse et storytelling
- Superviser les chargé(e)s d’études sur vos projets, dans une logique d’accompagnement et de transmission
- Rédiger des propositions commerciales et participer au développement du portefeuille
- Travailler en lien étroit avec les autres expertises internes (qualitatives, data, digital, communautés…) pour proposer des solutions sur-mesure
- Présenter les résultats aux clients et formuler des recommandations activables
Profil Recherché :
- Formation bac+5

The Opportunity
Harnham is partnered with a leading consumer-facing organization to hire a Director of Analytics. This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for defining and leading the company’s enterprise analytics function. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping data strategy, driving performance optimization, and embedding a culture of insight-led decision-making across the business.
You will oversee a small team and work closely with leaders in Consumer Insights, Operations, and Marketing/Member Insights to deliver measurable outcomes. This is not a data science position; rather, we are looking for an analytics strategist with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience leading enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, overseeing the delivery of business-critical insights.
- Design and implement enterprise analytics strategies to support growth, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs in platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders in Marketing, Operations, and Consumer Insights to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.

- Utilize Google Analytics and other digital performance tools to enhance channel and customer insights.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise analytics or business intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact analytics initiatives with measurable business results.
- Deep expertise with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or R.
- Strong experience with web and digital analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics.
- Exceptional ability to simplify and communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing small teams and fostering high-performance cultures.
- Strategic thinker with strong executional ability and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed, fast-paced environments.

THE ROLE
The successful Senior Digital Analytics Engineer responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design and implementation of digital analytics solutions for web and mobile platforms
- Manage and mentor two junior analytics engineers
- Develop and maintain technical specifications for data layers
- Configure variables and report suites within tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Implement server-side and client-side tracking solutions using TMS platforms (e.g. Tealium, GTM, Adobe Launch)
- Ensure quality and reliability of implementations through rigorous testing and documentation
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers during release cycles
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Digital Analytics Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with JavaScript in a digital analytics context
- Proven experience with server-side tagging using platforms such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager, or Adobe Launch
- Expertise in implementing and managing complex tracking solutions for both web and mobile apps
- Strong understanding of Tag Management Systems and marketing technology integrations
