What you’ll do:
- Analyze customer support center operations through data modeling and shadowing
- Support the client’s migration to Python from legacy systems (SAS, other databases)
- Build and optimize models to improve scheduling, workflows, and customer experience
- Contribute to advanced operational research and non-linear programming in later phases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable, model-driven insights
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in data science / modeling roles
- Strong skills in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
- Exposure to operational research or customer support center/back-end operations a plus
- Hands-on experience building models (not just ETL pipelines)

Advanced Analytics | Machine Learning | Python | Optimization
THE COMPANY
A global analytics consultancy is expanding its US team and looking for a hands-on AI/ML Modeler to join their applied research group. With a strong focus on solving real-world business problems using advanced data science, this team works across industries to deliver measurable impact.
THE ROLE
As an AI/ML Modeler, you will:
- Develop ML/BI platform features using AI/ML and statistical models
- Conduct applied research in machine learning and optimization
- Collaborate with global teams to support client projects
- Drive innovation through hypothesis generation and experimentation
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MSc in AI/ML, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3+ years in applied ML or data science roles
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML algorithms
- Bonus: NLP, capacity planning, non-linear optimization, big data platforms
