Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI solutions across customer-facing and internal business applications.
- Develop and optimize applications powered by large language models (LLMs), vector databases, prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
- Lead the development of AI agents for both digital and voice-based experiences, supporting real-time interactions for customers and employees.
- Evaluate, integrate, and implement third-party AI platforms, APIs, and emerging technologies to accelerate innovation and business value.
- Create proof-of-concept applications to assess new use cases such as document processing, classification, summarization, knowledge management, and workflow automation.
- Optimize prompts, model configurations, and orchestration frameworks to improve performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Partner closely with data, platform, and MLOps teams to ensure robust deployment processes, monitoring, observability, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and establish best practices for enterprise AI adoption and integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, data engineering, or natural language processing, including recent hands-on work with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Demonstrated success building and deploying production-grade AI chatbots, assistants, or conversational AI solutions within the last two years.
Required Skills
- Advanced Python programming skills and experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Transformers, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, model evaluation, API orchestration, and LLM optimization techniques.
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale datasets.
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and external partners.

Senior CRM Manager – 12-month FTC
London – hybrid, 4 days per week in office(no flex)

This is a high impact opportunity to step into a pivotal CRM leadership role during a period of significant transformation. You will join at a critical moment, taking ownership of day-to-day CRM delivery while leading a major CRM platform rollout and wider migration projects. The Role
- Lead operational CRM delivery across email, SMS and direct customer communications
- Own and deliver CRM transformation projects, including the rollout of a new CRM platform and wider migration initiatives
- Drive change management and adoption across teams during platform implementation
- Build more advanced CRM capability across segmentation, behavioural tracking and personalisation
- Manage multi channel campaigns and optimise end to end customer journeys
- Analyse customer journey data and campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Oversee audience segmentation and targeting to deliver measurable, data driven outcomes
- Produce regular reporting on CRM performance, engagement and retention
- Partner closely with IT, digital and marketing teams to improve CRM and marketing automation capability
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong hands on CRM experience spanning operations, strategy and project delivery
- Proven capability across CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, engagement and retention
- Experience delivering multi channel CRM campaigns across digital channels
- Exposure to multiple CRM platforms with genuine hands on involvement
- Experience supporting or leading CRM migrations or major platform changes
- Comfortable operating in fast paced environments and managing complex or challenging stakeholders
- Able to balance strategic thinking with execution and ownership

Digital Data Analyst

The Company
They are a premium omnichannel retailer with a strong online presence and a clear focus on long-term, sustainable growth. The business combines digital commerce with physical retail and places a strong emphasis on customer experience, wellbeing and inclusive ways of working. Data plays an increasingly important role in how commercial decisions are made.
The Role
You will act as the bridge between ecommerce stakeholders and the data engineering team, turning digital trading questions into clear, actionable insight.
- Analyse ecommerce performance across the full digital funnel, from traffic through to conversion.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards in Power BI used by senior commercial stakeholders.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to support onsite trading, merchandising and performance marketing decisions.
- Investigate changes in traffic, conversion and revenue, separating tracking issues from UX, marketing or trading drivers.
- Assess GA4 tracking and identify gaps in events, parameters and definitions.
- Translate business questions into clear data requirements and briefs for data engineers.
- Support data quality checks and ongoing improvement of digital data foundations.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in ecommerce or digital retail analytics.
- Confident working with GA4, including events, parameters and ecommerce measurement.
- Strong Power BI capability, including DAX and semantic modelling.
- Ability to explain ecommerce metrics clearly and commercially to non technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with digital funnels and onsite performance analysis.
- Comfortable collaborating with data engineers and understanding how digital data flows into a warehouse.
- Nice to have experience includes GTM or data layer exposure, BigQuery or GA4 exports, Python for automation, or paid media analytics, but these are not essential.
