We are working with an exciting start-up company who are looking to add their first employee in a CTO role. The company are a research company who use GenAI to work with local councils and are implementing a ChatGPT-like software.
They are looking for a technical leader, someone who can grow the company from the ground up whilst still having technical insight and input. They need someone who has taken an AI product to market and scaled up teams.

Role: Senior Azure Data Engineer
REMOTE WORKING
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Insight into the Company:
A government affiliated charity, who focus on supporting those in need with housing, social connections and more, is looking for an experienced data engineer to join their intimate team for a FTC lasting 12 months – with the possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate will have some experience with architecture and used ADF extensively. The project you would be involved in will focus on bringing the data in source systems onto Azure, in addition to providing the foundations for later ML and AI work (no experience needed but would be great to have).
Role and Responsibilities:
- You will design, build and upgrade data pipelines
- You will work in CI/CD and with Software/ DevOps teams in the organisation
- You will have expertise in azure – from collecting, to transforming to loading!
Skills and Experience:
- Essential to have experience with:
- 3 years experience
- Azure and ADF
- SQL
- Python
- Regular stakeholder management
- Data warehouse management
- Desirable to have experience with:
- AI and ML knowledge
- IaC (Terraform)
Interview Process:
- There are 3 stages to the process:
- Introductory 20 min conversation with the Head of Business Insights
- 2 hour take home task using Python, SQL and Databricks
- Final interview

As a Senior Credit Analyst specializing in Credit Risk Acquisitions, you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing the creditworthiness of potential customers, ensuring a sound risk management framework for new acquisitions. This role requires a deep understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, as well as the ability to make informed recommendations to support business growth while maintaining prudent risk levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate credit risk associated with new acquisitions, considering industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory requirements.
- Enhancing decision analytics, improving decisioning and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate risk assessments.
- Develop and implement credit risk strategies to optimize decision-making in the acquisition process.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, with a focus on credit risk acquisitions in the financial services industry.
- SAS or SQL
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk management, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
